Refund policy

1. Digital Product Policy All products available on the store are digital downloads. Once a purchase is completed, you will receive an email with a link to download your sheet music. Due to the nature of digital products, I cannot accept returns or exchanges after the file has been downloaded.

2. Refund Eligibility I offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • You have not downloaded the digital file.

  • The digital file you received is defective, incomplete, or does not match the product description.

If you meet the above conditions, please contact me at music@nicholasbamberger.com within 14 days of your purchase, and I will process your refund or provide a corrected file.

3. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please email music@nicholasbamberger.com with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Details about the issue (e.g., defective file, incorrect product)

I aim to respond to refund requests within 2-3 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing.

  • You accidentally purchased the wrong product but downloaded the file.

  • The product is no longer needed or wanted.
